What we offer you:
A Traineeship in either a client-facing or internal consulting role, lasting from 3 to 12 months depending on the specific team and role

Choose your broader area of work:
Do you have the ambition to support clients in solving their most complex issues? Would you like to gain project experience at clients in different industries? Then the client-facing track is what you are looking for!
Another option is the Management track, which provides opportunities to play a key role in the management of our organization and its business functions.
Final year Bachelor or Master students, or recent graduates, with an EU/EFTA Nationality and a strong drive to work internationally
Strong initiative, problem-solving and advanced language skills in English. Knowledge of advanced German/French may be a key requirement for some roles
Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
Willingness to learn, and a structured way of working
Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work, etc.
Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills

Step 2: In your application, you will have the chance to indicate the Deloitte teams that you are most interested in joining.
Step 3: If you are successful in the first round of screening, you will be placed “on hold” in the University Talent Pool. When a relevant position opens, we will fast track you into the application for that specific role, and you will be invited to complete an online psychometric assessment
Step 4: If successful, you will be invited to interview with the hiring team. The next step will be an Assessment Day in Zurich (If invited, travel expenses will be covered)
