Client-facing track:

Do you have the ambition to support clients in solving their most complex issues? Would you like to gain project experience at clients in different industries? Then the client-facing track is what you are looking for!

Join a team in one of our five Offering Portfolios (we will assist you in selecting the right team):

Strategy, Analytics and M&A: Strategy-led transformation projects with a strong focus on Data Analytics and AI to stay ahead of the game
Customer & Marketing: Customer-centric projects which help our clients to elevate the "human experience" in their E-commerce or Marketing strategy
Business Operations: Projects which optimise our clients' business operations and help them take advantage of market-leading, cloud computing technologies
Human Capital: Human Capital projects which improve an organisation's performance through their most important asset: their people
Enterprise Technology & Transformation: Technology projects that provide clients with solutions that achieve maximum impact and value across different support functions, e.g., IT Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain, SAP and Programme Leadership

Management track:

Are you a jack-of-all-trades who likes variety and responsibility? Are you interested in the management of an organisation and its business functions? Then a supporting role in management is the perfect start of your career!

Our internal roles are flexible and can be tailored to your interests and skills:

Assistant to the managing Partner and COO: Prepare Central Leadership meetings, support with internal governance, analyst on our Strategy taskforce, etc.
Employee Engagement: Develop and execute our internal comms strategy, create and manage content, plan and organise our consulting-wide events
Reporting guru for Resource Management team: Move the dial on improving and executing internal reporting for our COO

Who we are looking for:

Final year Bachelor or Master students with an EU/EFTA Nationality and a strong drive to work internationally
Strong initiative, problem-solving and advanced language skills in English (knowledge of German is not required, but a nice extra)
Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
Willingness to learn, strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work, etc.
Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
No previous consulting experience necessary
